We offer three ways for you to become a member.

1. Apply online

Apply online for membership quickly and easily.

Just click on the "Apply" button below and complete our simple application form. We'll do the rest!

2. Apply in person

Call into our branch at any time during normal office hours, where one of our friendly service advisors will help you.

3. Apply by mail or fax

Can't call into our office? You can also print out and complete a membership application form.

Just click on the Apply button below, complete the form and return this to us:

  • Bring the form into our branches
  • Mail the form to us at:  PO Box 12140, George Street QLD 4003.
    Note:  If you're sending your forms in by mail, you'll first have to visit your nearest Post Office with your personal identification documents. (More information is available on the Member Application Form or by phoning us.)
